Simonsgården : On-Site + Camping
There are 2 on-site options at Simonsgården for guests to stay in. Peter (Vina's father) often hosts events and retreats on the grounds, and so has a large number of mattresses and bedding that can be placed on the floor in any of the 3 building's various rooms, and also in a series of large yurts (big tipi tents that can host about 10 people each). If you want to stay in any of these, please let us know, so we can gage numbers - and we will also keep some extra aside for anyone who ends up staying so late on the night of the wedding that they don't want to / aren't able to make the trip back to their place.
People with a camper van can also park up on-site!
AirBnB
There are some AirBnBs in the neighbouring town of Vårgårda and the village Vesene and around Tämta. These range in size and number of beds available, so it might be worth coordinating with fellow guests to share larger places and split the price. If you find an AirBnB with more beds than you need, (e.g. there are 2 of you and the AirBnB can bed 4 people) then please let us know so that we can find other people to share it with you.
We are looking at booking a shuttle bus to run guests to / from these (possibly ones in the morning and twice during the night), so once we have a full list of where people are staying, we'll put together a practical route for these.
Hotel
There is one hotel in neighbouring town, Vårgårda, and as well as one in the closest cities, Alingsås and Gothenburg. As with the AirBnBs, we can try to factor these in the shuttle bus running once in the morning and twice in the night. Alingsås and Gothenburg are a bit far away for this, so guests staying there will need to be dropped at Vårgårda station to take a 10-minute train to Alingsås / 40-minute train to Gothenburg (these trains tend to run hourly, as late as 23:24). Once again, please give us advanced warning if you are planning to do this, so we can calculate any required lifts.
Guest houses in the Village
There is a large guest house in the village, owned by the local church, with many rooms that can accommodate many guests. This is something we are able to hire for a minimal fee, so if enough people are interested in staying there, this is something we can book out. As with those staying on-site, those sleeping here will be staying on mattresses on the floor in one of the many rooms.

Ci sono 2 opzioni a Simonsgården per chi vuole pernottare. Peter (il padre di Vina) ospita spesso eventi e ritiri nella proprietà, quindi ha un gran numero di materassi e biancheria che possono essere messi a terra nelle varie stanze dei 3 edifici, oltre che in una serie di grandi yurta (grandi tende tipi che possono ospitare circa 10 persone ciascuna). Se vuoi restare in uno di questi posti, faccelo sapere, così possiamo avere un’idea dei numeri. Terremo anche qualche posto extra per chi, la notte del matrimonio, dovesse rimanere così tardi da non voler/riuscire a tornare a casa.

Ci sono alcuni AirBnB nei paesi vicini di Vårgårda, Tämta e Vesene. Variano in dimensioni e numero di letti disponibili, quindi potrebbe valere la pena coordinarsi con gli altri ospiti per condividere posti più grandi e dividere il prezzo. Se trovate un AirBnB con più posti letto di quanti te ne servano (tipo siete in 2 e l'AirBnB ne ha per 4), faccelo sapere così possiamo trovare altre persone con cui condividerlo.
Stiamo pensando di prenotare una navetta per portare gli ospiti da e verso questi luoghi (forse due volte al mattino e due volte durante la notte), quindi, una volta che avremo una lista completa di dove tutti alloggiano, metteremo insieme un percorso pratico per la navetta.
Hotel
Ci sono pochi hotel nel paese vicino di Vårgårda e nella città più vicina, Alingsås, e Gothenburg. Come per gli AirBnB, possiamo cercare di includere anche questi nel percorso della navetta che passerà due volte al mattino e due volte durante la notte. Alingsås è un po' lontana per questo, quindi gli ospiti che alloggiano lì dovranno essere lasciati alla stazione di Vårgårda per prendere un treno di 10 minuti fino alla stazione di Alingsås / 40 minuti dalla stazione di Gothenburg (questi treni solitamente passano ogni ora, fino alle 23:24). Anche in questo caso, per favore facci sapere in anticipo se pensi di fare così, così possiamo organizzare i passaggi necessari.
Guest House nel villaggio
C'è una grande casa per ospiti nel villaggio, di proprietà della chiesa locale, con molte stanze che possono ospitare tanti invitati. Possiamo affittarla per una piccola cifra, quindi, se abbastanza persone sono interessate a soggiornare lì, possiamo prenotarla. Come per chi alloggia a Simonsgården, chi dorme qui dormirà su materassi a terra in una delle tante stanze.

Simonsgården : På Plats + Tält
Det finns två alternativ för övernattning på gården. Peter (Vinas pappa) anordnar ofta evenemang, så han har ett antal madrasser som kan läggas ut på golvet i olika rum i gårdens tre byggnader samt i stora scouttält (rymmer cirka 10 personer vardera). Om du vill bo i någon av dessa, hör av dig så vi kan få en uppfattning om hur många som är intresserade. De som kommer från Sverige får gärna ta med sängkläder (i alla fall sovsäck) så de som reser från andra länder kan få tillgång till de sängkläder som finns att låna. Vi kommer också att hålla några extra platser öppna för de som inte vill eller kan åka hem under natten.
Stort gästhus i byn
Det finns ett stort gästhus i byn som ägs av den lokala kyrkan, med många rum som kan rymma många gäster. Det är något vi kan hyra för en liten kostnad, så om tillräckligt många är intresserade av att bo där, kan vi boka det. Precis som för de som bor på Simonsgården, kommer de som övernattar här att sova på madrasser på golvet i ett av de många rummen.
